Return & Exchange Policy

At WellnessWell.pk, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the health and wellness nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, we do accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The product was tampered with during delivery

 Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All seals, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Original receipt or order number is required

Exchange Process

  • If approved, we will replace the product with the correct item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchange processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds (If Exchange Is Not Possible)

  • If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund method:

    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)
    • Store credit (where applicable)

Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to our mistake, WellnessWell.pk will cover shipping costs.
  • In all other approved cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or opened products
  • Orders with incorrect addresses or contact details
  • Courier delays or delivery refusals

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
